The 2025 report of the Cluj Court of Appeal presented at the Faculty of Law

On March 4, 2025, in the “Tudor Drăganu” hall of the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, the activity report of the Cluj Court of Appeal for the year 2025 was presented. The event benefited from the participation of Ms. Dana Gârbovan – President of the Cluj Court of Appeal, Mr. Liviu Odagiu – President of the Superior Council of Magistracy or Mr. Ion Claudiu Teodorescu – Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice.

During the meeting, specific aspects of the Activity Report of the Cluj Court of Appeal for the year 2025 were presented and discussed, and the Minister of Justice, Mr. Radu Marinescu, sent a message through the Secretary General.

The management and teaching staff of the Faculty of Law welcome the holding of this important event for the legal world at the new headquarters of the Faculty of Law, which was, is and will be a forum for legal events and debates.
