The Faculty of Law participated in the “EnJOY the European Court of Arbitration Moot Competition”

In April 2026, the Faculty of Law team participated in the third edition of the “EnJOY the European Court of Arbitration Moot Competition” in Bucharest. The team was composed of: Alexandra-Elena Staicu (3rd year, winner of the Best Team Oralist award), Mihaela Corasciuc (4th year), Mihaela-Gabriela Groapă (Master) and Ana-Maria Pop (Master). The aforementioned award thus reaches the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University for the third consecutive year.

For its performance, the Faculty of Law team will be financially supported by the organizers to participate in an international arbitration competition organized in Vienna.

We congratulate the entire team for the sustained effort and for the result, which doubled the special experience on the international arbitration stage!
