On November 6–7, 2026, the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca will host the inaugural edition of an interdisciplinary conference on medical law, themed Medical Liability: Implications of Medical Records, Clinical Guidelines, and Forensic Medical Expertise.
The conference is organized by Solomon Publishing House and the law firm Chiș Mihaela & Associates, in partnership with the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, the Cluj Bar Association, and Just Open.
