Erasmus student mobility selection announcement 2026 – 2027

The Faculty of Law organizes the selection for Erasmus mobility for students ( 2026-2027 academic year) between March 16-27, 2026.

This selection is open to Bachelor’s (years 1–3) and PhD students, regardless of their mode of study or funding status.

Selection schedule:

March 16 – 27, 2026: Submission of application files by students. All files will be sent by e-mail to simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro (no later than March 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM).

March 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM: Interview – held at the Faculty of Law, Room 504 – in English or the language of instruction of the respective host university.

April 1, 2026: Announcement of the selection results.

Required documents:

  1. Application form –  filled, dated, and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Form (form attached)
  2. Declaration form – filled, dated, and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Declaration (form attached)
  3. Curriculum Vitae: Written in the language of instruction or in English, dated and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_CV
  4. Motivation Letter -in the language of instruction or in English, dated and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Letter
  5. Student Certificate: Issued by the Secretary’s Office. This must be scanned and saved as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Certificate
  6. Language Proficiency Certificate/Attestat: For the language of instruction during the mobility (level B1/B2). This must be scanned and saved as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Certificate OR Self-Declaration Form: A signed and dated statement in which the student agrees to take the Online Language Support (OLS) test provided by the Centre for International Cooperation (CCI) after the selection process. This must be saved as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Declaration_Attestat (form attached).

Documents must be submitted by e-mail to simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro no later than March 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

Due to the limited number of positions available per destination, we strongly advise you to apply for multiple options (maximum 3). To do so, please complete a separate Candidate Form and Motivation Letter for each destination, clearly indicating your order of preference.

The evaluation grid that the Selection Committee will use in evaluating the application files is the following:

30% – Application file;

40% – Interview

30% – GPA (Grade Point Average) for the most recently completed examination session
