The Faculty of Law announces the lecture topics for the competitions to fill academic positions scheduled for Monday, July 13, 2026:
– The lecture topic for position 19 (University Lecturer) is: The projection of the hierarchy of formal sources of positive law as between the “constitutional” and the “Union” levels, in accordance with the attached Decision;
– The lecture topic for position 28 (University Assistant) is: Distinguishing attempted murder from other offenses against bodily integrity or health, in accordance with the attached Decision.
