Announcement Bachelor’s Degree February 2026

The Faculty of Law announces the organization of the Bachelor’s degree exam – February 2026 session.

Bachelor’s Degree calendar FEBRUARY 2026

1. Registration: January 26 – 29, 2026

Registrations will be made online, by uploading scanned documents to the electronic form on the faculty website, Bachelor’s degree section, until Thursday, January 29, 2026, 11:59 AM. Registration is considered validated after receiving the confirmation email from the secretariat.

2. Assessment of fundamental and specialized knowledge, written test: February 2, 2026
3. Appeals to the scale: February 3, 2026
4. Resolution of appeals to the scale: February 3, 2026
5. Display of results of the written test: February 4, 2026
6. Submission of appeals: February 5, 2026
7. Display of final results: February 5, 2026
8. Presentation and defense of the bachelor’s thesis: February 6, 2026 (only for graduates from previous promotions)

Documents required for registration for the bachelor’s degree exam:

1. APPLICATION FORM (attached below);
2. BACHELOR’S DEGREE;

Note: Students who have graduated from another country will present the Act of Equivalency of Studies.

3. MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE (from high school);
4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE;
5. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (if applicable);
6. IDENTITY CARD (foreign citizens, e.g. from the Republic of Moldova will present their passport);
7. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATE;
8. Proof of FEE PAYMENT for those who are at the third presentation for the bachelor’s degree or graduates of the 2022 and previous 2022 promotion (1,000 lei). The fee can be paid at the faculty Cashier’s Office.
9. THE BACHELOR’S THESIS (only graduates from promotions prior to 2025), in pdf format, will be uploaded to the electronic form on the faculty website, Bachelor’s Degree section (the thesis is not printed).
10. STATEMENT on your own responsibility regarding the originality of the work (only for graduates from the classes before 2025) – attached below;
11. SIMILARITY REPORT (only for graduates from the classes before 2025) – submitted to the Secretariat by teachers;
12. STATEMENT on the registration for the degree by electronic means – attached below;
13. PHOTOGRAPHS (2 color photos, 3×4 cm format, recently taken, at a professional photo studio, on porous photographic paper).

The photos will be submitted to the secretariat (in an envelope with the graduate’s first and last name) on the day of the written test or upon collection of the degree certificate.
