Announcement regarding the competition for merit-based pay increments – teaching and auxiliary teaching staff

The Faculty of Law announces the opening of the competition for the awarding of merit-based salary increments to teaching and auxiliary teaching staff. Details and relevant documents are available within this announcement.

The number of merit allowances available for the competition is as follows:

  1. Teaching Staff:
  • 1 Lecturer allowance – Department of Private Law
  • 2 Lecturer allowances – Department of Public Law
  • 1 Open allowance (Associate Professor or Full Professor) – Department of Public Law
  1. Auxiliary Teaching Staff: 2 allowances

Competition Application Timeline:

  • September 17 – 21, 2026: Registration / Application submission
  • September 22, 2026: Evaluation of application files
  • September 23, 2026: Publication of results
  • September 24 – 25, 2026: Submission of appeals
  • September 28 – 29, 2026: Resolution of appeals
  • September 30, 2026: Publication of final results

Application files must be submitted to the Faculty Dean’s Office between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Attached you will find the UBB Framework Methodology, the specific internal methodologies, the evaluation and appeals committees, as well as the annexes required to complete the application file.
