Call for selection of Erasmus Teaching & Staff Training mobilities

The Faculty of Law organizes the selection for Erasmus Teaching & Staff Training mobility between March 6-20, 2025.

Available places:

– For teaching – 11 places;

– For staff training – 6 places.

The mobilities must be completed by September 30, 2025.

The file containing the necessary documents is sent by e-mail to the address simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro.

These documents are:

  1. Application form (candidates can select multiple options on the application form (maximum 8);
  2. Motivation letter (in Romanian, English or French);
  3. Declaration of compliance with contractual obligations;
  4. Europass CV

In order to apply for the selection competitions for mobility within the Erasmus+ Programme, applicants (teaching staff, administrative staff, research staff) must have an employment contract concluded with Babeş-Bolyai University. If the employment contract is concluded for a specific period, the return from the mobility must be completed before the end of the work contract.

The selection committee will be composed of: Senior Lecturer Diana Botău – Erasmus responsible, Associate Professor Daniel Nițu and Mrs. Diana-Elena Son (CCI-UBB).

The evaluation grid that the Selection Committee will use in evaluating the application files:

30% – priority for the candidate who has not previously benefited from Erasmus mobility;

20% – motivation from the application form;

20% – results obtained and implemented from previous Erasmus mobilities;

20% – motivation letter supporting the current application;

10% – other criteria stability at the faculty level.

The selection will be made based on the file on March 24, 2025. The results will be displayed on March 25, 2025.
