Conferences in Cluj under the theme “Cybersecurity Strategies in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”

The Erasmus+ Intensive Mixed Program “Cybersecurity Strategies in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” combined virtual learning (online, 21-22 April 2026) with short-term physical mobility (onsite, 4-8 May 2026). The program was complex, interdisciplinary and multi-perspective.

The main objectives of the program were: explaining assets and activities exposed to cyber risks; panoramic explanation of the types of cybersecurity threats; analysis of the types and impact of cybercrime; identification and analysis of legal requirements regarding cybercrime and security; discussion of relevant international standards; discussion of the main cybersecurity strategies in the era of artificial intelligence.

Within the framework of the third edition of the Program, presentations were given by experts from the USA, the UK, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece and Romania. Over 250 students and professors from 30 universities in Europe participated.

The Faculty of Law welcomes the active participation of Prof. Dr. Ioana Vasiu in the organization and scientific support of the conference.
