Invitation to the International Business & Trade Summer Law Program

The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (Washington, D.C.) and Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland) are organizing the 36th edition of the International Business & Trade Summer Law Program. The International Business & Trade Summer Law Program, founded in 1992, is a unique international experience, boasting world class US and European faculty, diverse curriculum and exciting networking opportunities.
The IBTSLP is organized by CUA Columbus School of Law and Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law & Administration. IBTSLP classes are conducted in English and take place in-person at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, from June 7 until July 10, 2026.
In 2026, they offer four unique courses.
To successfully complete the program, you only need to complete at least *one* of the courses below. Nothing prevents you from taking two, three or even all four courses.
SESSION 1
Law of the European Union (June 8 – June 19, 2026) – Prof. Marta Kuklo (University of Bialystok)
America at 250: Individual Rights at the American Founding, the Supreme Court, and the United Nations (June 8 – June 23, 2026) – Prof. Derek Webb (CUA Columbus School of Law)
SESSION 2
Comparative Tax Law (June 24 – July 10, 2026) – Prof. Regina Jefferson (CUA Columbus School of Law)
International Investment Law (June 24 – July 10, 2026) – Prof. Piotr Szwedo (Jagiellonian University)
