“Alternative Week” at the Faculty of Law

As part of the “Alternative Week”, the Faculty of Law hosted, on Thursday, December 18, 2025, events dedicated to students in the 2nd and 6th grades from the Nicolae Bălcescu Theoretical High School in Cluj-Napoca. In the “Tudor Drăganu” hall, the students, together with their accompanying teachers, took part in a story-telling course with legal concepts (2nd grade) and a debate course (6th grade), respectively, on legal topics appropriate to their age, held by Associate Professor Cosmin Flavius ​​Costaș.

The “magic” of the event was provided by Junior Lecturer Anca Negru, who held a short course on fingerprinting and organized a workshop that captivated the participants.

The experience involved brief forays into the Faculty’s educational spaces and to the courses Criminal Law. The General Part and Introduction to the History of the State and Law, a visit to the library and a general presentation of the Faculty’s activity.

The event also provided the opportunity to sign a partnership on educational topics between the Faculty of Law and the Nicolae Bălcescu Theoretical High School in Cluj-Napoca, for the main benefit of the high school’s students.
