The 2025 Romanian Journal of Private Law Awards Reach the Faculty of Law

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that our colleagues were honored at the 2025 Romanian Journal of Private Law Awards Gala, as follows:

• The Matei B. Cantacuzino Award (Lifetime Achievement), presented in collaboration with the National Union of Bars of Romania, was awarded to Professor Paul Vasilescu.
• The Henri Capitant Award (for the best doctoral thesis or legal monograph on private law topics), presented in collaboration with the National Union of Public Notaries of Romania, was awarded to Ms. Roxana Dan—an external collaborator with the Faculty of Law in the field of Civil Procedural Law—for her work Enforcement in Kind and Other Contractual Remedies (Solomon Publishing House, Bucharest, 2025).

We congratulate Professor Paul Vasilescu and Mrs. Roxana Dan and wish them great success in the new academic year!
