Erasmus Teaching and Staff Training 2026 selection

The Faculty of Law organizes the selection for Erasmus Teaching & Staff Training mobility between March 5 and 20, 2026.

The selection will be made based on the application on March 23, 2026. The results will be displayed on March 24, 2026.

Allocated places:

For teaching – 6 places

For staff training – 4 places

Required documents:

1. Application form (candidates can select multiple options on the application form (maximum 8);
2. Motivation letter (in Romanian, English or French);
3. Declaration of compliance with contractual obligations;
4. Europass CV

The documents will be sent by e-mail to simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro.

In order to apply for the selection competitions for mobility within the ERASMUS+ Programme, applicants (teaching staff, administrative staff, research staff) must have an employment contract concluded with Babeş-Bolyai University. If the employment contract is concluded for a specific period, the return from the mobility must be made before the end of the CM.

The selection committee will be composed of: Associate Professor Diana Botău – Erasmus responsible, Associate Professor Daniel Nițu and Mrs. Diana-Elena Son- CCI -UBB.

The evaluation grid that the Selection Committee will use in evaluating the application files is the following:

30% – priority for the candidate who has not benefited from Erasmus mobility before;

20% – motivation from the application form;

20% – results obtained and implemented from previous Erasmus mobilities;

20% – motivation letter supporting the current application;

10% – other criteria established at the faculty level.

Specifications:

– Mobilities must be completed by the end of the 2025-2026 academic year (September 30, 2026).

– Candidates must pay greater attention to completing the application form, both in terms of mentioning the results generated by previous mobilities and the motivation for the current application.
