International and Comparative Successions Law in Romanian Review of Private Law no. 3/2025

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce the publication of an exceptional issue of the Romanian Review of Private Law, no. 3/2025, coordinated by our colleague, Professor Dan Andrei Popescu.

The volume is dedicated to international and comparative successions law, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the application of Regulation (EU) no. 650/2012 – starting with inheritances opened on August 17, 2015. This volume also includes the study by Prof. Dr. Dr. h c mult. Reinhard Zimmermann, fully translated into Romanian by Professor Dan Andrei Popescu, a study presented at the conference held at the Faculty of Law in Cluj on October 17, 2025.
