Registration: June 29 – July 1, 2026
Registrations will be made online, by uploading scanned documents here (access with institutional address) until Wednesday, JULY 1, 2026, 1:00 PM.

Presentation and defense of the dissertation: JULY 2, 2026 (on site – at the faculty headquarters)

IMPORTANT – Before registering for the dissertation, it is mandatory to check the work in the Turnitin platform by JUNE 21, 2026.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS – mandatory – will be uploaded online

Each document will be scanned in pdf format so that it is not necessary to rotate the page when viewing.

3. Statement on the Use of Artificial Intelligence –Generated/Based Tools in the Preparation of the Dissertation- form attached here
4. Bachelor’s degree (front and back – pdf format)
5. Birth certificate (pdf format)
6. Dissertation paper (pdf format)
7. Identity document (pdf format)

Additional documents for graduates with a bachelor’s degree issued by another university, who will upload:

8.Baccalaureate diploma (double-sided – pdf format)

9.High school transcript (double-sided – pdf format)

10.Diploma supplement or transcript (double-sided – pdf format)

For MASTER’S graduates of the 2023 and previous 2023 promotions, proof of payment of the registration fee (1,000 lei) is also required.

Tutors’ List

Dissertation Exam Regulation 2026

For the DISSERTATION session in JULY 2026, it is mandatory to upload and check dissertation papers in the anti-plagiarism platform Turnitin. Based on the similarity percentage obtained, the coordinating professors will check the report and assume it by signature.

Therefore, all master’s students who are going to defend their dissertation in JULY 2026, will upload their dissertation paper to the platform by JUNE 21, 2026.

Follow the instructions in the tutorial below:

1. Type the address in the browser: https://turnitin.com and press the Login button.
2. In the Login window – choose the Sign in with Google button.
3. In the following window, use the institutional username such as …@law.ubbcluj.ro and the password corresponding to this account.
4. Confirm that you agree to the Turnitin terms of use.
5. Access the Enroll in a class button to enroll in your tutor’s class.
6. Fill in the following window the Class ID and Enrollment key corresponding to your tutor. These data can be found in the attached file.
7. Choose the July 2026 Master Check section and follow the instructions on the page to upload the work to be checked.
