Bachelor's degree - JUNE-JULY 2026

The Faculty of Law announces the organization of the Bachelor’s degree exam – June – July 2026 session.

BACHELOR’S DEGREE CALENDAR JUNE - JULY 2026

  1. Registration: June 22 – 25, 2026

Registration will be made physically, with the submission of documents to the Year 4 secretariat, ground floor, office P15, until Thursday, 25.06.2026, 15:00.

  1. Evaluation of fundamental and specialized knowledge, written test: June 29, 2026
  2. Appeals to the scale: June 30, 2026
  3. Resolution of appeals to the scale: June 30, 2026
  4. Display of results for the written test: July 1, 2026
  5. Submission of appeals: July 2, 2026
  6. Display of final results: July 2, 2026
  7. Presentation and defense of the bachelor’s thesis: July 3, 2026

Graduates of the 2025 promotion will only take the written test.

PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE EXAM

Step 1

THE GRADUATE THESIS in pdf format will be uploaded to the electronic form by accessing the following link https://forms.gle/HRDtDp2LiC6dJrFV6,  active from 22.06.2026, at 0.00 hours.

All declarations in the form are compulsory and must be completed before being physically present with all required documents at secretariat:

– the declaration on one’s own responsibility regarding the originality of the work;                                             

– the declaration with the consent to the processing of personal data.

The graduate thesis shall not be printed.

Graduates from the class of 2025 do not upload a bachelor’s thesis.

Step 2

Each graduate will present himself in person at the office of the 4th year secretariat, ground floor, office P15 between 9 am and 2 pm to register for the bachelor’s exam with the following documents:

  1. APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION (attached below) in original, completed in capital letters
  2. BACHELOR’S DEGREE – original and simple copy or legalized copy

Note: Students who have completed their studies in another country will present the Act of Equivalence of Studies.

  1. MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE (from high school) – original and simple copy or legalized copy
  2. BIRTH CERTIFICATE – original and simple copy or legalized copy
  3. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (if applicable) – original and simple copy or legalized copy
  4. IDENTITY CARD – original and simple copy (foreign citizens, e.g. from the Republic of Moldova will present their passport) – original and simple copy or legalized copy
  5. PHOTOGRAPHS (2 color photos, 3×4 cm format, recently taken, at a professional photo studio, on porous photographic paper)
  6. DECLARATION on your own responsibility regarding the use of tools generated/based on Artificial Intelligence in the development of the bachelor’s thesis (attached below) in the original, completed in capital letters
  7. CERTIFICATE OF LINGUISTIC PROFICIENCY
  8. Proof of PAYMENT of the FEE for those who are on their third presentation for the bachelor’s degree or graduates of the 2023 and previous 2023 promotion (1,000 lei).
  9. SIMILARITY REPORT – submitted to the Secretariat by professors
