The Law Faculty of Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca organizes on the 28th of June 2018 the international conference on Confiscation of Criminal Assets: European and National Perspectives / La confiscation des instruments et des produits du crime. Perspectives européennes et nationales.
The conference is part of a research project funded by the European Commission, run by universities from Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands and Romania under the coordination of the University of Ferrara, Italy. The conference will consist of two modules, the first being devoted to the analysis of issues of Romanian and European law, and the second one on the presentation of the national reports from the states represented by the universities involved in the project.
The conference proceedings will be held in English and French, without simultaneous translation, and will take place in the Aula Magna of Babes-Bolyai University (1 M. Kogălniceanu Street, Cluj-Napoca).
