A type of ownership as security interest: fiducia as security

Abstract

The current paper focuses on a type of ownership as security interest that is known as fiducia as security. Our work is divided in no less than four parts. First of all, ownership as security interest is pointed out, in quite a general manner. Secondly, the reader will discover some general remarks concerning the fiducia. Thirdly, fiducia as security interest is embraced. The final portion of the paper sets aside the tradition, and replaces the conclusions with brief words aimed at fiducia as security and the Romanian Civil Code.
