A comparative analysis regarding the implementation of some CoE's Convention on Cybercrime provisions in the national legislations

Abstract

What is the role of the CoE's Convention on Cybercrime? Have the provisions of the Convention been transposed into the national legislations of the signatory parts? Can we discuss about a harmonization of those provisions? What are the repercussions of this process?

Trough the present study I am trying to present some answers to those questions.
