Ownership as security interest: retention of ownership

Abstract

My work briefly considers a security interest that goes by the name of ‛retention of ownership’. The so-called retention of ownership may be seen as a situation where ownership is used as a security interest.

Regarding retention of ownership, my paper looks at some issues: the scope of this security instrument, the credit right that the retention of ownership can secure, the agreement on the retention of ownership, the legal effects of the reservation of ownership, etc.
