DISSERTATION DATES FEBRUARY 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Registration: February 2 \u2013 4, 2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Registrations will be made online, by uploading scanned documents here: https:\/\/forms.gle\/9pBKxc4JW2Fvxdae9 (access with institutional address) until Wednesday, FEBRUARY 4, 2026, 1:00 PM.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Presentation and defense of the dissertation: FEBRUARY 6, 2026 (on site – at the faculty headquarters)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      IMPORTANT- Before registering for the dissertation, it is mandatory to check the work in the Turnitin platform by JANUARY 28, 2026.<\/p>\n

      REQUIRED DOCUMENTS – mandatory – will be uploaded online<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Each document will be scanned in pdf format, so that when viewing it is not necessary to rotate the page.<\/p>\n

      Graduates with a bachelor’s degree issued by UBB will upload:<\/p>\n

      1. Application form for registration \u2013 standard form attached<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Affidavit \u2013 standard form attached<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Bachelor’s degree (double-sided – pdf format)<\/li>\n
      4. Birth certificate (pdf format)<\/li>\n
      5. Dissertation (pdf format)<\/li>\n
      6. Identity document (pdf format)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Graduates with a bachelor’s degree issued by another university will upload:<\/p>\n

        1. Application form for registration \u2013 standard form attached<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
        2. Affidavit \u2013 standard form attached<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Baccalaureate diploma (double-sided – pdf format)<\/li>\n
        4. High school transcript (double-sided – pdf format)<\/li>\n
        5. Bachelor’s degree (double-sided – pdf format)<\/li>\n
        6. Diploma supplement or transcript (double-sided – pdf format)<\/li>\n
        7. Birth certificate (format pdf)<\/li>\n
        8. Dissertation (pdf format)<\/li>\n
        9. Identity document (pdf format)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          For MASTER’S graduates of the 2022 and previous 2022 promotions, proof of payment of the registration fee (1,000 lei) is also required.<\/p>\n

          TURNITIN CHECK<\/strong><\/p>\n

          For the DISSERTATION session in February 2026, it is mandatory to upload and check dissertation papers in the anti-plagiarism platform Turnitin. Based on the similarity percentage obtained, the coordinating professors will check the report and assume it by signature.<\/p>\n

          Therefore, all master’s students who are going to defend their dissertation in February 2026, will upload their dissertation paper to the platform by JANUARY 28, 2026.<\/p>\n

          Follow the instructions in the tutorial below.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Type the address: https:\/\/turnitin.com<\/a> in your browser and press the Login<\/em> button.<\/li>\n
          2. In the Login<\/em> window – choose the Sign in<\/em> with Google button<\/li>\n
          3. In the following window, use the institutional user …@law.ubbcluj.ro<\/a> and the password corresponding to this account.<\/li>\n
          4. Confirm that you agree to the Turnitin terms of use.<\/li>\n
          5. Access the Enroll in a class<\/em> button to enroll in your tutor’s class.<\/li>\n
          6. Fill in the Class ID<\/em> and Enrollment key<\/em> corresponding to your tutor in the following window. These data can be found in the file attached to this article.<\/li>\n
          7. Choose the February 2026 Master Review<\/em> section and follow the instructions on the page to upload the work to be reviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
