        – Written test lasting 2 hours, in Romanian, on the displayed topic, with a weight of 100% in the final average<\/p>\r\n

        1. EUROPEAN LAW AND NATIONAL BUSINESS LAW \u2013 in Romanian<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

          – Interview \u2013 with a weight of 50% in the final average<\/p>\r\n

                ADMISSION CALENDAR, JULY 2026 SESSION: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                July 13-18, 2026 \u2013 Online registration of candidates on the platform https:\/\/admitere.ubbcluj.ro\/<\/a> (the platform will close on July 18 at 12:00)<\/p>\r\n

                July 19, 2026 \u2013 Period for reporting errors and omissions (wrong grades, incorrectly calculated averages, incorrect personal data) \u2013 until 14:00<\/p>\r\n

                July 21, 2026 \u2013 Admission tests (written test\/interview)<\/p>\r\n

                July 22, 2026 \u2013 Displaying results<\/p>\r\n

                July 22-23, 2026 \u2013 Submitting online appeals \u2013 exclusively for the written test<\/p>\r\n

                July 24, 2026 \u2013 Resolving appeals<\/p>\r\n

                July 24-28, 2026 \u2013 Confirmation of places and redistributions (on July 28 until 12:00). Confirmation will be made both online and physically by submitting the file, and candidates admitted to the fee will pay the first installment of tuition (1500 lei).<\/p>\r\n

                July 29, 2026 -Display of final results<\/p>\r\n

                7-8 September 2026 \u2013 Online registration of candidates (the platform will close on September 8 at 12:00)<\/p>\r\n

                12-14 September 2026 \u2013 Confirmation of places and redistributions (on September 14 until 12:00).                 September 15, 2026 \u2013 Display of final results<\/p>\r\n

                TUITION FEES FOR THE YEAR 2026-2027<\/strong> \u2013 will be displayed later<\/p>\r\n

                IMPORTANT SPECIFICATIONS<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

                Only graduates who cumulatively meet the following requirements can enroll in the master\u2019s program:<\/p>\r\n

                – minimum 4-year study duration, bachelor\u2019s level (minimum 240 credits)<\/p>\r\n

                – possession of a certificate of linguistic competence in an internationally spoken language.<\/p>\r\n

                TUITION FEE<\/strong> \u2013 6,000 lei\/academic year<\/p>\r\n

                ADMISSION FEE<\/strong> \u2013 600 lei = composed of 200 lei processing fee + 400 lei registration fee.<\/p>\r\n

                Payment of the fee will be made exclusively online on the admission platform https:\/\/admitere.ubbcluj.ro\/<\/a>. For fee exemptions, please consult the Admission Regulations of the Faculty of Law.<\/p>\r\n

                REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

                Candidates will upload scans of the following documents to the admission platform https:\/\/admitere.ubbcluj.ro\/<\/a>:<\/p>\r\n

                1. Registration form \u2013 generated from the platform;<\/li>\r\n
                2. Baccalaureate diploma and high school transcript;<\/li>\r\n
                3. Bachelor\u2019s degree and diploma supplement, respectively bachelor\u2019s degree certificate (for graduates of the 2026 class)<\/li>\r\n
                4. Language proficiency certificate (MANDATORY for all specializations)<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                  Linguistic proficiency is certified by the Language Proficiency Certificate issued by the modern language departments of accredited universities (with a qualification corresponding to at least level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages <\/em>\u200b\u200b<\/em>of the Council of Europe). Accepted certificates can be found in the Admission Regulations.<\/em><\/p>\r\n
