Now in its third edition, the event was once again organized by the Cluj Bar Association in collaboration with INPPA \u2013 Cluj Regional Centre and the Faculty of Law, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, in partnership with Hamangiu Publishing House and with the support of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations. The event took place as part of the <em>Cluj Bar Days<\/em>, which this year celebrated its 150th anniversary.<\/p>\r\n<p>Before a large and engaged audience, the conference featured three discussion panels and welcomed distinguished guests: President of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations, Traian Briciu; Dean of the Cluj Bar, Flavia Maier; Director of INPPA \u2013 Cluj Regional Centre, Stanca Gidro.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The conference speakers addressed highly topical issues, including:: <em>Issues concerning legal representation by counsel <\/em>(Professor Dr. Traian Briciu); <em>Current issues regarding documentary evidence in electronic format <\/em>(Associate Professor \u0218erban Diaconescu); <em>Penalty as a means of enforcing specific performance <\/em>(Judge Roxana Dan); <em>Is the peremption of enforcement proceedings still relevant? <\/em>\u00a0(\u0218erban Mircioiu, Lawyer)<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 5 July 2025, the Faculty of Law hosted the conference \u201cCivil Procedure \u2013 From Theory to Practice and Back\u201d.
