Files &#8211; sent by email to simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro (no later than October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM).<\/li>\n<li>October 23, 2026, at 9:30 AM: Interview \u2013 held at the Faculty of Law, Room 208 &#8211; in English or the language of instruction of the respective host university.<\/li>\n<li>October 26, 2026: Announcement of the selection results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Required documents<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/law.ubbcluj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/FISA-CANDIDATULUI-2026-2027.docx\">Application form &#8211;\u00a0 filled, dated, and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Declaration form \u2013filled, dated, and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Declaration<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae: Written in the language of instruction or in English, dated and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_CV<\/li>\n<li>Motivation Letter -in the language of instruction or in English, dated and signed. Save as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Letter<\/li>\n<li>Student Certificate: Issued by the Secretary\u2019s Office stating the overall grade point average (GPA) for the last completed examination session, as well as the overall GPA for the last academic year. For 1st-year Master&#8217;s students applying for a mobility during their first year, the admission grade for this level of study will be recorded. This must be scanned and saved as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Language Proficiency Certificate\/Attestat: For the language of instruction during the mobility (level B1\/B2). This must be scanned and saved as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Certificate OR <a href=\"https:\/\/law.ubbcluj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Declaratie_lipsa-competenta_lingvistica.pdf\">Self-Declaration Form: A signed and dated statement in which the student agrees to take the Online Language Support (OLS) test provided by the Centre for International Cooperation (CCI) after the selection process. This must be saved as a PDF named: LastName_FirstName_Declaration_Attestat<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Documents must be submitted online to <a href=\"mailto:simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro\">simona.pop@law.ubbcluj.ro<\/a> no later than October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p><em>Due to the limited number of positions available per destination, we strongly advise you to apply for multiple options (maximum 3).
