Its aim is to familiarize the students with the instruments of civil procedure specific to the second phase of the civil process. The course aims to provide students with a general, schematic presentation of the legal mechanisms that characterize the common law procedure regulated mainly by Book V of the Code of Civil Procedure regarding the forced execution of court decisions and other enforceable titles.
