The main penalty in case of concurrence of offences and intermediate plurality

Abstract

Although not all plurality of offences cases have been expressly regulated, for various reasons, the conjuncture of offences has found its place in the criminal legislation for a long period of time.

In the present article I have tried to present the method of calculating the resulting punishment so as to include all the hypotheses found in practice, presenting the algorithm that should be followed, and, of course, identifying some problems, and proposing a solution.
