Post-execution recurrence. Previous successive punishments. Calculating the duration of the judicial rehabilitation term

Abstract

In order to establish the state of post-execution recurrence, in the case of successive previous punishments, the duration of the judicial rehabilitation term is not necessarily calculated according to the most severe punishment, but according to the last punishment, enforced for the offence constituting the plurality’s first term.
