Current issues regarding rehabilitation

Abstract

The regulation of rehabilitation as we know it today, a relatively recent one, has undergone several reconfigurations over time. The literature dedicated to this institution is limited in number and at a first glance raise no major questions. However, some of the problems in the old regulation are perpetuated, while new elements have been introduced. Without aiming for an elaborate analysis of rehabilitation as a whole, this study addresses some particular issues that we believe deserve more attention and some well-reasoned solutions.
